Do coastal roofs need different materials?
They benefit from them. We use corrosion-resistant fixings and the correct weight of lead for exposed positions, so repairs on Brixham’s seafront roofs last as long as they should.
Can you work on cottages with difficult access?
Yes. Plenty of Brixham properties have narrow lanes and steps. We will look at access when we visit and plan scaffolding or roof ladders to suit.
